Prerequisites before attending the training

• Review help documents for Presentation. Click here to view help docs.
• Done a walk through of the presentation to get a feel for it.
• Tested your microphone and webcam to make sure it works. (If you have these)


• Contact Manager
• Reviewed help documents in contact manager.
• To review the contact help documents go to www.myopportunity.net and login with your username and password. Then open your contact manager. When your logged in your contact manager on the top right there is a yellow question mark, click on that for your contact help documents.
• Created a Campaign.
• Add and delete contacts and leads.
• Send a test email.
• Create new folders for contacts and leads
• Import leads
